Our approach
    • Comprehensive visibility into the current outbound road transport ‘as-is’ situation was established through detailed data collection, validation, and targeted discussions with key business stakeholders. An internal Power BI dashboard was developed to enable a structured and data-driven analysis of transport flows, facilitating the identification and development of potential improvements initiatives.

    • Over the course of this 6-week assignment, a structured and phased methodology was applied to ensure a successful delivery. Identified initiatives were then assessed and prioritized to enhance operational effectiveness and strengthen the client’s overall cost structure.
